Our website has no enquiry form, no account sign-up and no newsletter. We do not ask you to submit personal information on this site, and the site does not store any personal data you type.

To reach us, you choose a channel — WhatsApp, phone, email or a visit. Nothing is sent to us until you deliberately start that conversation.

When you message or call us about an occasion, you may share details such as your name, phone number, email address, event date, venue, guest count, budget and any preferences or dietary requirements. We use this only to respond to you, plan and quote for your event, and deliver the services you book.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the staff and suppliers who need it to carry out your event.

Messages you send us travel through the service you choose. WhatsApp conversations are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms; email you send us is held in that email account. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as payment card details over these channels.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful — for example how many people viewed the venues page. Where analytics are enabled, IP addresses are anonymised and we see only aggregated patterns, never individual identities.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site.

Some pages include content served by others: a Google Maps embed showing our location, images delivered through a content network, and links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. When you interact with these, the respective companies may collect data under their own policies. Our website hosting is provided by Hostinger, which processes standard server logs for security and reliability.

We keep enquiry and event details only as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting or legal obligations — after which they are deleted or securely archived.

We sometimes photograph our own food, counters and setups for our website and social media. We do not publish photographs in which guests are identifiable without the host's permission. If a photo featuring you has been published and you would like it removed, tell us and we will take it down.

This website is intended for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Simply contact us using the details below and we will act on your request.
